Buyer‘s Agent - For most people, buying real estate is their largest transaction. I believe buyers should be represented by a buyer’s agent. As your buyer’s agent my fiduciary duty is to you and I guarantee confidentiality, loyalty, and full disclosure. The seller has his/her own broker who represents the seller, not the buyer. I have achieved the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designation.
With the largest firm in Cambridge with 60+ agents I regularly have advance notice that a property is coming on the market. As a member of three multiple listing services I am alerted to every property for sale. I use a computerized system to match new listings with your needs. My diligence and experience have paid off for many buyers.
